Construction plans for a new private school serving 90 students and faculty. The project consist of the site development, entrance plans, road widening, hydrology, grading, utilities extensions and detention pond for a 1 acre school site in Forsyth County, GA. Challenges included fitting a large amount of infrastructure on a small site and to maintain a residential character of the site as per zoning requirements. |
