Headquartered in Habersham County, GA, The mission of J M Smith Engineering, LLC is to provide top-quality design and consulting services for commercial, residential and industrial land development and municipal clients. The company will seek to provide these services in the most timely manner and with an ongoing comprehensive quality control program to provide 100% customer satisfaction. The company sees each contract as an agreement not between a business and its customers, but between partners that wish to create a close and mutually beneficial long-term relationship. We have extensive experience gained while working for both large and small firms in all sizes of municipalities—from Atlanta to small towns. We understand the development and construction processes and how to accomplish the clients goals. We are committed to providing sound advice to our clients through every step of the design process.
We are able to provide a wide variety of services to our clients from both our “in-house” staff and a wide network of design professionals that concentrate on specific aspects of the design and construction process.
